Are transfers really free?

Yes. Sending money to another Stampt user by their username in the app is completely free — no fees, no hidden costs. Bank deposits and SEPA transfers have a 0.50% fee.

Is there a monthly fee?

No. There are no monthly, subscription, or account maintenance fees.

When does the FX rate apply?

Only when you use the Stampt card on non-USD purchases.

What's a first-party payment?

A first-party payment is when you send money from your own bank account, fintech app, or brokerage to your virtual account.

What's a third-party payment?

A third-party payment is when someone else sends you money, e.g. a family member. Available for USD, coming soon for EUR.
